This project is an intelligent AI Email Responder designed to automate inbox management by reading incoming messages and generating contextual reply drafts. By securely utilizing a user’s email and app password, the AI agent can be specifically trained to filter out noise and target only the emails that genuinely require a response. This smart automation significantly reduces manual workload, saving time and helping users maintain seamless, timely professional communication.
Built entirely on the MERN stack, the application features a clean React.js frontend where users can easily configure their AI settings and review the generated drafts. The backend utilizes Node.js and Express to securely handle email server connections and execute the complex AI filtering and drafting logic. MongoDB provides a reliable database solution to safely store user preferences, custom AI training parameters, and draft histories.
